The ocean depths beg to differ. Deep Sea News describes many errors in the Fox News report.

Surely, we all agree on one key point: Something icky scampered its way out of the ocean — and into our hearts.

  1. No, Long Beach, but close enough. And it’s Los, not Las. Also, the epicenter was in MEXICO. It was a 6.9 – 7.2, LA would be wrecked if that happened here.

  10. Looks like a giant dust mite, or a mite that you’d find in your eyelashes or hair. same coloring as if it was seen through the fancy-schmancy microscopes used to see dust mites and other tiny abominations.
