AN OPEN LETTER TO MR. TIM BURTON RE: ‘MALIFICENT’

Dear Mr. Tim Burton, Sir:

If it wouldn’t trouble you terribly, please do direct MALIFICENT, the “dark” retelling of SLEEPING BEAUTY that is reportedly on your “maybe” list right now. While the idea of retelling a popular tale from the perspective of the wicked female villain is not altogether original, nobody has cast Ms. Angelina Jolie in such a tale before.

This is highly advisable.

    I’m not a big Angelina Jolie fan and probably never will be, but admittedly from the picture she would be awesome as Malificent.
