In the mood for monsters? Then, check out the bathing beauty below.
Actually, the story behind the photo is somewhat tragic. According to Telemetro, several teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave in Panama. Fearing for their safety as it creeped closer and closer, the teenagers beat the mysterious cave monster with sticks. Before very long, its lifeless body plummeted into a pool of water, never to creep again.
(It only wanted to be their friend! Easy to relate, no?)
Some say it was a hairless sloth. What do you think?

Dude.
It’s DEAD.
You’re not going to get THAT one for a pet.
rephrase your comment as
‘Jesus Christ, I hope I can have one as a pet!’
(See, I like to correct people. I just noticed that I’m correcting you.)
Jesus Christ, I hope I can get this thing as a pet!
Hey creeps lover.
I think the weirdest thing about it is the long skinny arms.. In the one pic it looks like you can almost see a hand type thing.. Weird.
Yes, let’s hope that if there are more that decide to crawl out of caves, there won’t be any murderous teens around.
RIP, bald turtle/horse/sloth/human like creature.
Hey, Ms. Marvil. I thought it kind of reminded me of a turtle in the bottom left picture. And, a horse, faintly.
DJ is right, it is kind of humanoid like…..
CREEEEEEPYYYYY………….
That would be cool if there were more.
If there was, lets hope they won’t be kiled off by teenagers next time.
oh.. poor think. It had strange long arms. I wonder if there are anymore of them around.. It does look kind of like a hairless sloth, maybe they’re related.
Its kind of like a monkey.
Why does the nose give me the faintest idea of a horse?
No, not a monkey, a TURTLE! ISSA BALDY TURTLE!
That’s my opinion, anyway.
In the bottom-left shot, it looks almost human…
Awr, it’s so adorable looking.
Poor little creature… thing! I’d have kept it as a pet.
