Hulu has graciously gifted the world with not one, but BOTH, full seasons of THE ADDAMS FAMILY.
If you’ve never seen the original TV show, you’ll quickly find it much creepier, ookier, spookier, etc., than the movies.
Always pay careful attention to Morticia’s feet. Here’s a hint: She doesn’t have any!
Both the TV show and the movie are based on the cartoons of Charles Addams.
I liked the part where the kids tried to get rid of the baby. I think my favorite quote from that movie was this one:
‘He has my father’s eyes.’
‘Get those out of his mouth.’
“Your people drink highballs while we are confined to reservations.”
Wednesday cracks me up, she’s my favorite character. I like Joel, too.
“She left evidence. If I were to kill my husband, I’d be smart about it.”
“Wh… what would you do?”
“I’d scare him to death.”
Ah, okay. I couldn’t remember whether the crazy wife was in the same movie as the one where the kids went to camp. That was some play at the end o.O
There are only two (FAMILY REUNION DOESN’T COUNT, MOTHERFUCKERS!) and Fester had amnesia in the first one. He got married and the kids went to camp in the second one, Addams Family Values.
Or wait, I think those are in the same movie…eh never mind.
Is that the one where they go to camp, or the one where fester gets married…or is that the one where he has amnesia? There’s too many movies.
But she’s funniest in Addams Family Values.
“It’s an American bald eagle!”
“Aren’t they extinct?”
“They are now.”
If you’ve ever seen the original show, she’s actually not. She acts like a normal girl, who happens to be a little weird.
Wednesday is my favorite, so gothic and emotionless
Out of all of them, I prefer wensday. She and her brother tried to blow up that baby with a mustach, didn’t she? I like her for that.
